Sex Work and The Borderlands Ofrenda - Clarissa Lunday

My Ofrenda is called Sex Work and the Borderlands. It was created by myself, Clarissa Lunday, and honors the sex workers who have died while doing their work. My goal is to use my virtual Ofrenda to protest violence against sex workers because their work is not seen as work. Because of the passing of FOSTA/SESTA and the take down of the website Backpage, sex workers have had to adapt to the ever changing or more violent climate that these situations have caused. They ask for decriminalization of their work and for our government to listen to their wisdom on taking down sex traffickers. I hope that my Ofrenda gives a voice to the women who have died for this cause. Below is a link for the Ofrenda.
