2. One of the Women in Jenkins study says, “as women we are like Mother Earth.” What similarities do you see between women and Mother Earth?
3. The article What Does it Mean to Be an Indigenous Women in Contemporary Times? by Amaguana discusses how indigenous women’s identity is becoming more synonymous with strength and courage. Do you think that this sentiment is also felt in the Chicana Movement? Why?
